Can I fix my dent myself?
We realize there are many DIY videos and Do It Yourself Kits that promise to just "pop" your dent out. Unfortunately these can cause more damage than was originally there with limited success. Hot water, Plungers, Superstore Glue Pullers, As Seen On TV devices, are not recommended methods to successfully repair your vehicle.
In 99% of cases when a client has tried a DIY method, they usually find themselves with more damage. When a dent repair has been attempted our trained estimators must report that damage on the estimate and this can increase the cost up to 25%. The reason for this is now the repair is more complicated, more damaged and requires more skill and time to repair. Additionally the area may have been so damaged by the attempted repair at this point, we may have to refer you to a traditional body shop.
The truth of the matter is dents rarely, if ever, "pop" out. Paintless Dent Removal Technicians go through years to decades of training to be able to fix damage as shown in our gallery. We must be taught how to properly use the 100's of tools available to us. We love saving our clients money and enjoy using our years of experience to return your vehicle to picture perfect condition !
How long will my repair take?
We specialize in same day repairs. Small dent repairs can be completed the same day. Larger damage may require more time to repair. If a vehicle is dropped off in the morning, we typically can have it ready before close of the business day or sooner for pick up. If for any reason extensive damage requires more time, we always make sure you are informed when scheduling your appointment.
